This is a beautiful video showing the tremendous breakthrough in agroforestry that is now taking place in Brazil. Wonderful to see our friend Jua, whom I have met through researcher Suzi Huff, with whom we are partnering on a research project currently in Bahia. Only one application initially of rock dust is used to jumpstart the process of rejuvenating the soil and the soil fertility is then maintained as a closed system, not needing outside inputs. Even much-maligned eucalyptus is used to great advantage in conjunction with fruits and vegetables!
